Overview
GSTYR respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and will respond expeditiously to valid takedown notices.
This policy explains how copyright holders can report infringement and how users can respond to takedown notices.
Challenge Content & YouTube Videos
Many challenges on GSTYR reference publicly available YouTube videos as inspiration or demonstration. We believe this use falls within the spirit of the platforms' terms and applicable fair use principles. However, if you are the rights holder of a video we have referenced and you object to its use, please contact us using the notice procedure below and we will promptly remove the reference.
